In November 2022, Onguma launched Camp Kala, a new ultra-exclusive lodge experience situated right next to a very busy waterhole in the 34,000 ha Onguma Nature Reserve in Namibia.
Elevated on wooden decks, with panoramic views over one of Onguma’s most beautiful and prolific waterholes is the new Onguma Camp Kala. With its conical, mud plastered central tower resembling a termite mound and the whole camp elevated on wooden stilts, it blends in with its surroundings and immediately calms the soul.
