Meanwhile, one of India’s premier tour operating organisations specialising in packaging African safaris and adventure has pledged to work with the Zambian mission in highlighting the country’s pristine tourism attractions in India.
Chalo Africa director Smita Srivastava said her organisation had identified Zambia as a pristine tourism destination that deserves to be promoted in India and Asia as a whole.
Ms Srivastava said “apart from being motivated by Zambia’s scope of tourism attractions, this organisation has been encouraged to promote Zambia because of the country’s stable political record and friendly people.”
