We had a family birthday and we were traveling to Nairobi from different locations. My son missed his connection due to weather. Chalo Africa pulled out all the stops, arranged alternate flights, coordinated a meet and greet at Nairobi airport, whisked him through long lines and made it in time to catch the last flight to Masai Mara and he showed up just as the rest of the family was sitting down to the birthday dinner.
