Kwando Safaris Special Offers 2024 - 2025

THE CONDITIONS:
• Valid for travel from 1 December 2025 to 15 April 2026 inclusive. A holiday surcharge of US$ 150 pppn nett applies for all Kwando camps from 20 December 2025 to 4 January 2026 and 3 to 6 April 2026 inclusive.
• Minimum itinerary stay includes a minimum of 2 nights per camp (minimum 3 nights for Kwara).
• Kwara surcharge of US$ 150 pppn nett and minimum 3 night as part of a stay of 7 nights or more.
• All flying into and out of camps/lodges MUST be with Moremi Air and must be Maun-Maun or Kasane-Maun (or vice versa). We are not able to fly to camps outside of the Kwando portfolio when booking the 5 Rivers Special.

• January 1, 2024 till December 22, 2024

• 5% discount on accommodation – only for the guests who have stayed before (not applicable for new travellers in the same booking with repeat guests). The camps and date of stay need to be provided for verification purposes.
• Can ONLY be combined with Waiver of Single Supp for FIT, Long Stay Discount, Wedding Anniversary offer. Not valid in conjunction with any other special not mentioned.

• January 1, 2024 till December 22, 2024

• We encourage longer-stay travel by giving a discount for stays of 6 nights of more in total at a single camp or combined camps throughout the Flood season and Secret season.

• For stays of 6 or 7 nights, please use the rates for 6-7 night column.

• The Long Stay discounts are not available in Green Season or with 5 Rivers rates.

• Nights at Chobe Safari Lodge, Chobe Bush Lodge, Nata Lodge do not count towards the accumulation of nights.

Based on twin-sharing rates we can offer the following for honeymoon couples, who must send their wedding certificate via their agents before travel.

We can allow the special to be used within a year of the date on the wedding certificate. The groom benefits from the relevant long-stay discounts where applicable and the bride then receives the following:

• Discount on all above camps during January, February, April: 75% off for the bride on accommodation only
• Discount on all above camps during March, May, June – December: 50% off for the bride on accommodation only
• One private dinner guaranteed during the couple’s stay, per camp
• One wedding gift at the couple’s first camp
• These cannot be combined with 5 Rivers Rates or other specials

Should we not receive the wedding certificate prior to the couple’s arrival in camp itself, or if the couple is unable to present the certificate in camp (a photocopy is accepted), the discount will be removed and the couple will be charged in camp for the balance.

Single Supplements are waived when:

• A camp is booked for Exclusive Use (please contact Reservations for pricing)
• During Secret Season, Green Season, or 5 Rivers Season, the Single Supplement can be waived for a maximum 2 single guest rooms/tents. Any additional single clients will pay the single supplement rate.
• Flood Season: Single supplement chargeable to all guest rooms/tents.

8 Night Package: 3 nights Delta + 3 nights Delta + 2 nights Chobe.

Total package cost = US$5325 per person sharing.

Accommodation: sharing (any combination of Pom Pom, Mma and Rra Dinare or 4 Rivers) plus a fully-inclusive finale at Chobe Safari Lodge.

All flights: US$300 per flight (start Maun, end Kasane)
